I’ve emailed you an access code for the Client Assessment Battery. Enter it below, then start. Here’s what to expect before you do.
What it is and why I use it
The Client Assessment Battery is a set of questionnaires about your history, your patterns with sex and porn, and what’s happening in your life and relationships right now. It also asks about mood, stress, drinking, attention, and a few other habits that often travel with this work, including gambling, gaming, and eating.
I use it because a first session or two can’t hold all of that. Your answers give me a fuller, more honest picture, so we spend our time on what matters most and build a plan that fits you, not a generic one.
These are questionnaires, not a clinical label. There are no right or wrong answers. The more honest you are, the more useful this is.
How the code works
- Open this page on your phone or computer.
- Enter the access code from my email. It looks like eight characters with a dash in the middle (for example, AB12-CD34). Letters and numbers both count. You can type it with or without the dash.
- Tap Start. You’ll go straight into the questionnaires. No account. No password. Just the code.
- Your progress saves as you go. You can close the tab and come back later with the same code.
- When you finish and submit, the code stops working. Take your time before you hit that last button.
The code is private and yours alone. Don’t share it. If someone else needs an assessment, they get their own code from me.
How long it takes
Set aside about an hour. How long it takes depends on how much you write in the open questions. You don’t have to do it all in one sitting. Pause whenever you need to, then pick up with the same code.
Find a quiet place where you won’t be interrupted. Headphones help if you’re not alone at home.
Privacy
Your answers are confidential. I use them only to understand you and guide our work together. The page is private (search engines are told not to list it). You won’t see a scored report when you finish; I review your results and we talk about them in session.
Didn’t get a code, or it isn’t working?
Contact me and I’ll sort it out. If the code says it isn’t valid or has expired, don’t keep guessing. Message me and I’ll send a fresh one.
